Product Overview

Melrose Flaxseed Oil is cold-pressed from Australian-grown flaxseeds. Flaxseed oil has one of the highest concentrations of plant-based essential fatty acid omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and is an excellent vegan alternative to fish oil. ALA is converted to eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in the body, which are essential fatty acids required for optimal health.

It has a creamy, nutty and slightly bitter taste. Perfect to add into salads, smoothies and drizzled over vegetables or your favourite breakfast.

Key benefits:

  • Supports general health and wellbeing

  • Good source of omega-3 fatty acids

  • Cold-pressed from Australian-grown flaxseeds.

  • Vegan-friendly

**Shelf stable form of Flaxseed Oil, does not need to be refrigerated
