NATURE'S OWN MAGNESIUM CHELATE 500MG 75 CAPSULES

Overview
Nature's own magnesium chelate helps relax muscles & supports bone formation, manages migraines, support cardiovascular health. Magnesium plays an essential role in over 300 fundamental biologic reactions within the body. It is needed for normal nerve and muscle function, and regulates the absorption of calcium in the body, important for bone density. In higher doses, magnesium may assist in the management of migraines, and regular use may reduce the frequency of migraines. Magnesium is also an important nutrient for the cardiovascular system and may assist with relief of premenstrual symptoms.

Directions for Use
Take 1 capsule twice daily with food.
For migraine and PMS relief – regularly take 3 capsules twice daily with food.

Ingredients
Magnesium amino acid chelate 500mg equiv. to elemental magnesium 100mg
