Overview
Nature's Way kids smart fish oil is the delicious fruit flavoured chewable burstlet that is packed with Omega-3. Fish oil provides two essential omega- 3 fatty acids – docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). As both are essential fatty acids our bodies cannot produce, it is critical that we get them from either the food we eat or quality supplements in order to meet our daily needs. Directions for Use
Children from 3 years: take 1-2 soft capsules per day or as recommend by your healthcare professional. The capsules can be chewed then swallowed or pierce the capsule & mix into drinks etc.
