YesYouCan is made from 100% Australian Besan Chickpea Flour and is Coeliac Australia endorsed and Halal certified. YesYouCan Besan Chickpea Flour is suitable as a gluten & wheat free diet flour substitute, for Baked goods.
Excellent source of fibre content and a good source of protein.
From the fertile growing regions of the Wimmera in Central VIC. Has less carbohydrates than wheat flour and is also rich in magnesium, copper, folate and manganese.
Chickpea flour has been most popular in indian dishes, in curries, desserts, breads, pizza bases, cakes and tortillas. It can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in most dishes, particulary in baking. Chickpea flour can be used as a binding ingredient in fritters and veggie burgers, as a thickener for sauces, soups and stews, for making flatbreads and batter-based foods like pancakes and waffles, and to make batters for deep -frying other foods.

- In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.
Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.
Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
