So, you’re done. Now what? Sit back and relax, enjoy and give yourself a high five! We’re proud of you - and you should be too!

To recap your program to date:

  • Setting goals is important in order to progress your movement levels! 
  • Setting goals also doesn’t need to be rocket science. Start with a simple goal that you know is realistic and that you’re motivated to achieve. 
  • The easiest way to then succeed in completing that goal is to increase your aerobic and strength training workouts. 
  • By using a weekly goal setting template, you can monitor your workouts and watch as these increase at your own pace. 
  • By making small changes, you can then increase your confidence in completing more aerobic and strength training exercises and therefore increase your movement goals.
