Castor oil is a multipurpose vegetable oil that people have used for thousands of years. It is made by extracting oil from the seeds of the Ricinus communis plant, a plant native to tropical areas of Africa and Asia. Castor oil is rich in ricinoleic acid, a monounsaturated fatty acid.
Castor Oil by Gold Cross, can be used an emollient for your skin externally. It also acts as a laxative to help relieve constipation when consumed internally.
