Hot Hands Adhesive Body Warmer provides up to 10 hours* of heat.
Hot Hands Toasti-Toes Toe Warmers provide up to eight hours* relief for toes.

Hot Hands mainly contain iron, activated carbon and water. Once these ingredients encounter the air, the ingredients oxidize and produce heat. The combination of ingredients has been specially formulated to ensure a constant and comforting heat.
