Usage Directions:

Recommended dosage: Adults: Mix 5g (one scoop) once daily in water, juice, smoothie or sports drink and consume immediately.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Contains sugars. Contains glucose (<0.5 calorie per 5g) from freeze-dried coconut water and fl­avour. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6).
