Description:

Live Well Health Essentials Hot Water Bottles are a high-quality hot water bottle designed to provide heat therapy and convenient warmth at home or on outdoor overnight camping adventures. This hot water bottle may provide long lasting relief from minor aches and pains, sore muscles, non-inflamed joint complaints, and menstrual symptoms.

Usage Directions:

Please read instructions provided on the packaging.

Before using, always check the bottle and stopper for signs of wear and tear.

Remove stopper. Using warm water only (about 80C), fill the bottle to no more than two-thirds capacity. Do not overfill.

After pouring water, slowly squeeze out the remaining air so that the water level rises to just below the cap.

Then screw back on the stopper making sure it is tight.

Turn the bottle upside down to ensure that there are no leaks.

Storage:

After using the bottle, dry it out completely and store it in a cool, dry place.

Warnings:

Always read the label. Follow the directions for use. Keep out of reach of children, especially when filled.

Do not use boiling water.

Hot water bottles can cause burns.

Avoid prolonged direct contact with skin.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Do not heat in microwave, oven, or steriliser.

Prevent contact with oil or grease, which will greatly shorten the life.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

All products you buy from the Healthylife website are covered by the Healthylife Returns Policy.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
