Each pack contaings Seaweed Salt 110g, Garlic Seaweed & Seasame Seasoning, 50g and Atlantic Dulse Flakes, 25g. The seaweeds in these products are wild harvested, dried naturally to preserve nutritional properties and tested for contaminants.

Ingredients:

Dulse (Palmaria palmata) seaweed 100%; Organic New Zealand fine salt, New Zealand harvested Kelp Seaweed (Ecklonia radiata) 6%; Sesame Seeds 47%, Seaweeds 39%, Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices, Sunflower Oil, Onion Powder, Natural Flavours, Soy Sauce Powder, Lemon Oil, Acidity Regulator (330). Contains naturally occurring iodine. Excessive consumption may exceed recommended daily dietary intakes which could have adverse effects. Dulse is Wild harvested. Check for detritus.

Usage Directions:

Add Smoked Dulse to burger patties or marinades, sprinkle kelp salt into marinades or rubs to tenderise and add umami flavours. Sprinkle Citrus Sesame & Seaweed Seasoning onto salads as a garnish, over dips, or use as a rub for chicken and fish.
