Our Australian Food Awards Bronze medal Phettuccine is based on traditional Italian pasta ingredients including Australian durum wheat semolina, eggs, and our Australian Green Seaweed #84. At 10% seaweed, it is an extra protein rich pasta. Go for striking colour with a tomato base sauce or simply great flavour with olive oil and parmesan cheese. Phettuccine works with any sauce from gorgonzola to seafood and of course, the Australian favourite, Bolognese.

Usage Directions:
