Eco Pain Headache Patches work as a cool compress soothing the temples and forehead. Lavender and Peppermint inhalation are traditionally used in herbal medicine as an effective and safe treatment to reduce pain & inflammation of headaches and mild migraines.

Lavender inhalation may be an effective and safe treatment for acute migraine headaches.

Peppermint when applied topically has been shown to help treat pain & inflammation.

A cool compress along with Lavender & Peppermint are traditionally used in herbal medicine to help reduce pain & inflammation with mild headaches.

Ingredients:

Peppermint Lavender Water Glycerin Sodium Polyacrylate Tartaric Acid Spunlace Non-woven Fabric

Usage Directions:

Open pouch and remove patch. Peel off protective film and apply gel side to forehead. Lay down in a comfortable position in a dark or dimly lit room. Close your eyes and breath deeply and slowly for 10 breath cycles. Rest with patch on forehead for 30 minutes. Discard after use. Re-apply a new patch no more than 3 times daily. You should feel a cool soothing sensation when patch is applied. Wash hands after use.
